We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing calendar,organising meetings and appointments.
- Follow up on tasks, emails and calls
- Social Media Management
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the Business director/ Lead Stylist of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- 2 years experience in a related job role.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excelent interpersonal skills
- N70,000 – N90,000 / Month
