Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for Chief Executive.
  • They should be well-organized, highly numerically competent and be comfortable handling office protocols, handling sales and marketing and be highly adaptive to utilize skills for delivering on targets while working under pressure and often times without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for Chief Executive.
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings.
  • Responding to emails and digital / physical document requests
  • Digital marketing competencies and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferrably in Accounting, Economics, Business Admin and Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, digital marketing, sales and logistics.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
