Savvy Instant Offices was set up to cater for the multidimensional accommodation requirements of businesses, serving to dissolve the burden of office setup and administration in the business process.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Diary Manager (Intern)
- The post holder is the first point of contact for the business and is expected to possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
The post holder is expected to perform the following:
- To receive visitors to the facility and ascertain the purpose of their visit.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Responsible for screening, answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mails.
- Managing the diary and calendar of the directors and clients by arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, manage hotel reservations and flight bookings.
- Bachelors Degree / HND in any discipline.
