We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
- Act as a liaison for the company by managing all interactions to customers via all social media platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep records of all customer interactions, transactions and complaints.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Perform telemarketing job function by making cold calls to customers to further promote sales and provide after sales service support to customers
- Handle and track all online retail orders via social media platforms and send direct links of products to customers on the kuddy website as needed
- Send tracking numbers to customers where necessary
- Ensure order to delivery time of products is time-bound at all times
- Maintain and update the online customer list on a monthly basis
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers via social media.
Educational Qualification Requirements
- B.Sc. in English, Mass Communication or any other relevant Social Sciences
- 1-3 years prior experience in a customer service role
- Candidates residing within festac, amuwo are highly preffered.
