We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative / Human Resource Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Supervises: Front Desk officer, Logistics Officer, Drivers and Cleaners

Job Description / Requirements

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the office
  • Responsible for updating the Company’s compliance documents
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide contributions on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Accountable for Byte drivers and cars.
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years experience.
