Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited is one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Ikeja Lagos which was established in 1985. The Company has an Installed Capacity of 6.0million bottles of liquid syrup and 310.2 million tablets per annum respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties and Secretary duties.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Micro Soft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social and Management Science with 1 year work experience.
  • Lagos Residence only (Ikeja, Ogba, Ketu, Ojota axies
  • Candidates should be smart
